Ok, so you are probably wondering what happens once you contact me. This is what will happen: I will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours. Then, we will set up an appointment to see your house or mobile home.  At the appointment, we will walk through the entire property and then discuss what you want to do. If we can work out an agreement, I will get a contract ready. You will have time to get the contract reviewed. During that time, I will get a formal inspection and title search performed. Once we are all signed up, you get to choose the date of closing. If we can't come to an agreement, no worries.
